Q: I have an extra wide foot size 10 women. Should I order a mens insert?

Women often have a wide foot in front, but a narrower heel. If you're sure your heel is wide for a women, then a man's insert should be good for you.

Nope! Too much heel lift. Will cause knee and lower back pain which cause headaches. Returned instantly.
