Q: Is this good for hangovers?

20’s: it will cure your hangover 30’s: it will help your hangover 40’s: nothing helps, time to put the bottle down Alcohol is a diuretic and a toxin. This product helps with the former but does nothing for the latter. Your hangovers are primarily dehydration in your younger years because your healthy liver can process the toxin pretty effectively. However, decades of abuse to the liver reduces its ability to process the toxin, resulting in more severe and longer lasting hangovers. You can try milk thistle to help restore your liver, but this takes many years and milk thistle alone won’t cut it. This product will at least hydrate you, which minimizes that aspect. There’s also the elements of sleeping and dieting to consider, both of which are almost completely disrupted when drinking. Consider day drinking instead, so your body has time to recover a little before sleep. Also hydrate while drinking can help, and definitely after. Type of alcohol matters too. Don’t drink cheap stuff because the toxins are way worse. There are even people that swear by filtering alcohol in a britta filter (although I’ve never tried that) to remove the excess toxins. Don’t eat like crap, and don’t not eat at all. Then just do your best to sleep it off. Good luck and let me know where the party is!!

Q: Is liqued iv gluten free ??

Yes, it is gluten-free. Sorry for the horrible answers above. They obviously don't "even understand what gluten is." It's not just bread - it is used as a filler in many products including lipstick, chicken broth, toothpaste, etc. Also, just because there are no ingredients listed that contain gluten the product itself could gluten in it due to cross-contamination at the manufacturer. I have Celiac Disease and am very familiar with what gluten is and the effects it can have (including cancer in people with Celiac Disease - it's not just a recent diet fad). I don't believe it is certified as gluten-free, however I have used two of the flavors (not the Acei) and have had no effects from it. As of now you should feel safe using it. But, if you're asking about gluten I am sure you're aware that the ingredients, source of ingredients, or manufacturing process can always change without warning and introduce gluten into the product. Again, sorry about the terrible answers above from people who just don't get it. Good luck!

No. Many use that hike, play sports, workout, and backwoods camp...so individual package allows it to be an "on the go" packaging

Buy and use with Hangcure Rebound Tablets!

Tried this to help after a big night on the drinks gave me the drinks. Would say it helped with 20% of my hangover. 80% was probably the Hangcure Rebound tablets. Those things are incredible. I wish they did rehydration sticks to to take on a night out. Overall though good taste with this Liquid IV one.
