Is oat flour the exact same as colloidal oatmeal

Though they are both finely ground oats, oat flour is NOT the same thong as coloidal oats. Oat flour lacks the bran that is omportant for the moisturizing capabilities that many soap makers use it for!

The packaging does not say organic

Will this also work for homemade face lotion?

I don't see why not. I got it to make dry hair shampoo...

Is the oat flour made with gluten free oats?

Pure oatmeal or oat is gluten free. Most commercial oats are processed in facilities that also process wheat, barley, and rye. I use Aveeno oatmeal colloidal for baths so in this situation, gluten or not is not important. You can get more answers by searching on the website. Hope this helps.
