No, it's not tall. All four of the new Yoga Made to Moves are the same height. The only body that's different in any way is the curvy one. They are all very nice dolls, though.

Does she have the same skin tone as the mtm dancer?

I am not sure but she is the same skin tone as the mtm soccer and skateboard.

can her hair come out of the bun

It can come out of the bun but difficult to straighten if you take it out. It's rooted to stand high for a bun. YouTubers have had trouble fixing it out of bun.

Is the belly rubber or is it plastic? Does it bend?

Barbies, especially made to move ones, do not have rubber bodies or limbs. This is a fully articulated made to move doll with movement at the chest plate but not waist. All other joints are articulated.
