Is the arch support in these about the same as in the berry insoles?

No, the arch support is much higher. The berry insoles were perfect for me, but these were uncomfortably high.

Do you insert over regular shoe insert?

For the best experience we suggest removing the factory insole, using it as a template to trim your Superfeet insole, and placing the new SF insole in your shoe.

Is it supination isole?

I don't think it is. It is a very good arch support that helps with plantar fasciitis by having a heel cup to even out your foot pressure.

How long do they generally last? Do you replace with each pair of shoes?

I have had Achilles surgery. I change my Superfeet every 6 months and shoes. I don't wear worn out or broken down shoes. I run or walk 4-6 miles a day
