This figure possess over 20 points of articulation, including a torso swivel where the bottom of the belt meets its thighs.

Q: The pictures are of his "ever living" form, but the listing and amazon price are $45 just like his other figure. which one is this listing selling?

The Ever living form not the 1st one that came out.

Q: Is this the bad version with yellowed paint and no elbow pad?

Jonathan Martindale is incorrect. Super7 has only produced one version of Tygra. His skin is jaundice and the elbow pad is missing. Super7 has no plans to fix this. I just repainted my figure myself.

Q: doesn't seemt to have any articualtion, does it?

It does but it's Limited like most super 7 ultimates figures. Also the Cape and How it attached will hinder arm articulation. Despite this it is still a great figure.
