Does this Tiger come with the base? I had ordered one before and it did not come with the base, so I had to send it back.

I got mine from Amazon LLC as seller and it came with only the brown tiger base, not the black wooden base beneath it as the foundation. I think people are confusing the former as the latter and/ or grouping them together.

No it is not ceramic. It looks like Polynesian.
