This is loose tea but better quality than most. Try it you will be surprised at the difference between loose and bag tea.

Q: My 1st can of earl grey came with a spoon. i just received my 2nd can and no spoon. why? the spoon is perfect for adding the loose tea to a tea pod.

I think the spoon was a temporary promotion. I got a spoon in one can and I have kept using it with all my teas. It is a very nice spoon you have to admit.

Q: What is the difference between this Ceylon Tea and english breakfast?

English Breakfast is a different tea entirely. Ceylon tea uses different leaves and gives off a spice and rich flavor. It is closer in flavor to Earl Grey than English Breakfast. While English Breakfast is more mild and goes better with cream. However, both of them are black teas. Flavor notes for Ceylon tea: citrus, chocolate, spice. It's used as a base for Earl Grey and fruity black teas. Flavor notes for English Breakfast: commonly has light floral notes and caramel undertones. Noted for its deep and rich flavor. Best suited to be served with milk and sugar.

Q: The tin on the photo of the product says "green tea"; the description says "black tea". Which one is it?

The green small tin has green tea(with jasmine). The same company has a larger grey tin with black tea(with bergamont). Both are excellent. I am very happy I for both. It is so rare nowadays to find quality tea.
