Is this ok for highlited and colored hair?

Yes. Infact, after I bleach my hair, it's my go to, so I can get through it for the next few days. I've never personally tried it on anything but light colored highlighted hair, but it seems to have no affect on the color.

Are the bottles sealed?

I don't believe they are. Even when purchased in a brick & mortar store they are not sealed.

What does this smell like?

The shampoo has a soft, pleasant smell, the conditioner has no smell at all to my nose. I love it, and a little goes a long way.

Is this the old version or new?

I have no idea if it is the old or new version. I only know I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone.
