Does it spin on a 360 degree angle?

It does not spin at all; the seat is stationary. The only thing it does is bounce up and down. My baby is 9 months old, but has been using it sine she was 6 months and she LOVES it. She bounces herself to sleep in it sometimes!!

Can you fit this in a suitcase for travel?

It wouldn't be convenient unless you flew with free bags. I agree with Kendall that it would have to be large. It fits well under my crib even on the lowest setting, but if you were traveling somewhere for awhile it might be easier to ship it.

Does it have adjustable heights for different baby heights?

I got this for my 6 month old. People on here said even their tall babies took a while to grow into the jumper. I don't believe that. Either those babies were very young or not tall. I had to set it to the highest setting, and it's still too short. She loves it, but can't really bounce. We are still happy it will help strengthen her legs, and she is mesmerized by the toys. I would buy this for a younger baby if I could do it again. My daughter is in the highest perecentale for her age at 28 inches at her 4 month appointment. So she really is tall and probably closer to 29 or 30 now.

Can the seat be adjusted? My six month old who is pretty tall is sinking into the seat because it's so deep.

There is a strap in the back you can adjust.
