Nice dime album
This is a nicely-constructed and good-looking album for storing your dimes. While I have just purchased it, the album feels as though it will last for years to come even with just average care. It does have slots that allow the dimes to be viewed from either side. To insert coins, simply slide a clear piece of plastic out, place coin in opening, and then slide the piece of plastic back to its original position. The opening are sized to make insertion easy while preventing the coin from bouncing around too much once sealed. This album is made so that additional pages may be added in the future. Currently (as of August 2010), the album spans the years 1946 through 2009 with three blank spaces at the end. Most years have spaces for three coins (Philadelphia/Denver/San Francisco mints). The following years only have only one coin slot: 1965, 1966, & 1967. There were no mint marks for those 3 years. Additionally, these years are limited to two coin slots: 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, & 1964. This set of years carried either no mint mark or the "D" mint mark - no "S"-marked dimes released in that time frame. There are no special spaces for oddities, such as, the double-dies from the early 1960's, S-variations from 1979, and proofs from 1983 without an "S" mark. Speaking of which, there are no special spaces for the silver proofs that have been issued since the early 1990's. You will just have to stick yours in the "S" slots like I am doing with my album. In spite of these points, I still feel this is a very good album for the overwhelming majority of collectors. Have fun!

Pretty good
The cardboard starts to fray if you pull the plastic covers out more than once, but it does what it’s supposed to do.
