I bought Snooze -in with melatonin to help me fall asleep better. For the last two or three weeks I have not been able to achieve sleepiness or sleep very well. The label says take one hour prior to bedtime which I interpreted as you would begin to feel sleepy. This has not happened in my case, because it usually takes two to three hours later and I still don't feel sleepy. I bought it because the person that told me about the product said that customers gave it good reviews but I have my doubts about that now. I bought the 120 count bottles at The Vitamin Shoppe.

This didn't work i have a very strong system. Any else recommend something that works. I see the reviews I'm glad that this works for most.. I'm tired but my mind just doesn't go to sleep.
