When taking the blade from the sheath, The retaining strap has a tendency to get cut , The blade is very sharp. it can shave arm hair, The leather sheath could have better design so as to eliminate the cutting of the retaining strap. All the leather of the is thick, well stitched, the fault is in the design not the leather.Over all , the package quality is very good.

This is a great knife. It looks and feels like a quality blade, and even comes with a pretty well built leather sheath. My only complaint is that the handle is a bit on the small side for this size of blade. It feels like it might create some hand fatigue if used for an extended period of time. Outside of that, this is an amazing knife for the price point.EDIT: After using this knife on a camping trip, I have to downgrade my original review. Although it looks very nice, the metal used is quite soft. I managed to warp the tip of the blade just by sticking it point down in a log. Not sure exactly what type of steal was used, but obviously not robust enough to hold up to real use.

Wish the handle were a little longer and the color of the handle more vibrant. Blade is excellent, extremely sharp. Very nice sheath.

Great knife, good sharp edge and nice weight truly a good beater.

The knife is okay, but the handle is way too thin and too small. I don't know if this knife was meant for kids or female. But for me, the handle needs to be bigger. I guess, the price tells everything about the knife.If you have a big hand, think about it before buying. You have to be 5 ft tall or shorter to be able to use this knife. I am 5.8 ft tall.

Way too thin and light for such a big knife. The only practical use I can see is self defense.
