While I was reading this book I couldn't understand why did Lou-Loc had to endure so much pain and just when he found happiness someone had to take his life this was a sad book for me

Really good audiobook. I definitely recommend! Couldn't stop listening once I started.

When I tell you I had so many emotions ready his I mean every bit and I loved every chapter. I can't wait to get started on another book by this talented author!!

Gangsta was a awesome story. I always thought Street Dreams was K'wan's first book until I found out about Gangsta. This story kept me locked from beginning to end. There was a few errors with the editing but it was nothing that bothered me. I'm reading the sequel Gutter next. Can't believe it took me so long to get to these books. I just wish K'wan would go back to his old style of writing, where he gives you a FULL story (a beginning, plot twist and than the ending) This book was the perfect example of that!!

I was so excited about teading this book that I went ahead and our shades the sequel “Gutter” at the same time. I couldn’t put the book down, even while at work. Every chapter had me wanting to know more. I just started the sequel and let me say it does not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and just buy both at the same time. Cause when I say you’ll be anxious waiting for your book to come int th le mail, trust it.
