Great device works great I can hear the client's nice and clear.

Needed a headset to work with my Panasonic home phone handsets. Asked in advance and was told this was compatible, so bought it and it did work for calls. The 2.5mm cable fits and I've been told by others on the phone that they can now hear me better. The Mute button control doesn't work at all with my phone and the volume control isn't very strong, so I use the my phone handset buttons still for those functions, but it works well enough for me. Also over a long period of time the headset part starts to hurt my ear a bit, but I chose the single ear over the double ear headphones.Overall works well enough.

This is a wonderful headset for quality of sound and speech. It is a little snug, wish there was a slightly larger arc or one or two more notches of adjustment. Very worth the price.

Headset stopped working within 5 hours.Update 4/1/19I was sent a replacement and so far so good.

Really enjoy using this headset with my cordless phone. Frees up my hands so I can do other things while also having a conversation. The fit is a little snug but not uncomfortable. The sound quality is great.

The headset and microphone both work well. But since it has only mono-ear piece, it is sometimes hard to hear the conversation clearly. Nothing can be done unless you buy a headset with dual ear pieces.

I work from home and have to use a land line for my business calls. Using the headset allows me to talk on the phone hands free and it is much easier on my neck than if I had to cradle the phone on my shoulder.
