These stakes are FABULOUS. Much better than anticipated. They are sturdy, well made and have a smooth finish. I stapled a photo of my seedlings with no problem so I HIGHLY recommend these stakes.

Wish they were longer

After installing patio bricks arouund my patio as edgers, I needed stakes to hold them in place as there is a bit of a dropoff on the outside of the bricks. The 12 inch length was perfect and no hook's as I found on other stakes. These are great for landscaping projects.

Pros:- Very sturdy. Handled hammering by mini-sledge with no real strike marks- Material is similar to the plasti-planks used for decking now- Would feel very confident recommending to vampire hunters, who I assume are very picky about their stakesCons:- Box may not contain 10 stakes.I only noticed when I opened the third box and found three stakes. I counted how many I used in the other two, and only found 17, so I was short 10 stakes total. The boxes were sealed very well, so I can only assume either sloppy filling, or shorting of some kind.

Used to tape Halloween grave stones to. Good quality steak, probably not tall enough for my task.

Used to repair plastic bender board in hard pan soilAnd they worked great. Pounded in with a singleJack with hardly any deflection.

I ordered 10 stakes but only received 1 stake. I am trying to get someone to send me the remaining 9 stakes that I paid for.
