I like that these vitamins came from Nature Made, a reputable name brand. After experimenting with various D3 formulations, my blood tests indicate 2,000 IU works for me. I'm trying to avoid too much soy. Since these are tablets, not capsules, I can get the benefits of Vitamin D3 without soy. Neither soybean oil nor gelatin are listed as ingredients. Another plus is that I'll have plenty of time to finish the bottle. It has a long 19 month expiration (Ordered May-2025, Exp Dec-2026). Also ordering on Amazon was convenient and the best price.

Have not had a blood test to verify efficacy, I had used a gel capsule previously, I think these upset stomach a bit more so have backed off to one vs two.

Only thing in this review which I can leave is that's a decent price and brand name. Not sure if vitamins actually doing there thing or not.

Ive been using nature made for years. This is my first time to buy nature made online. Its all good. I just had to legit check it thru nature made fb account. it turn out that its good and really made from them. Thanks👍👍👍
