New improved design, machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum. Clamps around 12 to 13mm windscreen brace on Honda Africa Twin, Yamaha Super Tenere, BMW GSA or any 13mm handlebar cross brace. Bolt pattern is standard AMPS used on several GPS products. Bolt pattern allows mounting of both horizontal and vertical.

Doesn’t fit 2018+ Africa Twin
Doesn't fit around the sun visor on a 2018 model. Too wide for a Garmin Zumo mount. Seller refunded.

good mount for certain GPS mounts
Well made/designed mount but didn't work for my Garvin 350LM - it was 90 degrees off. Note the mounting hole pattern.

Works on a DR-Z400 handlebar
Used it on my DR-Z400 to mount a Garmin Zumo GPS on the stock handlebars. Solid aluminum mount and fits tightly.

Perfect for standard Africa Twin
This unit clamps around the windshield top crossbar very securely. I used the four small holes to fasten a smaller size ball mount for my Garmin Nuvi. It's perfect, and I can snap the GPS off and back on as it was designed. It even looks good when the GPS is not attached. Highly recommended product.
