I LOVE Aloe Vita water!!! I have a hard time drinking water, but I force myself to sometimes. I find that the more I drink, the more dehydrated I feel at times.My daughter’s friend drinks them, so I decided to try it. I love them! I drank one, and I felt so hydrated, my lips were no longer dry, and my pee was clear (sorry for the TMI)!! I now try to drink one every day, even though I’d drink more! I love the mango and the pomegranate flavor! I just found a place that sells other flavors, and really like the grape and wild berry too!

I searched for hours everywhere for an aloe water that had all natural ingredients and no sugar. When I ordered I did not realize they also sold Mango with sugar. If you are diabetic please be sure to pay attention to which you select. The Mango with sugar has 32 grams of sugar a bottle and there are no returns.

I don't know how much aloe it has. Ingredients say aloe extract - which can be potent when done right. I do wish it costs less, definitely on a budget here. The container/lids are so good that I consider keeping them for hiking etc.See a lot of reviews from people who mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Some have sugar and calories, others do not. This is why so many manufacturers are forced to keep things so ridiculously simple. People often don't read.No preservatives so I guess I can't stockpile supplies. I'm a prepper due to our national financial restraint.
