Well, it would take a while to thoroughly read, grasp its content, but it is great book with very important information about the history of Qigong and traditional Chinese medicine. Two thumbs up, and I've also recommended it to all my friends who are Taichi lovers.

Surprisingly Comprehensive
There was more detailed instructions about actually doing these qigong forms than I expected. The illustrations are all traditional stylised Chinese figures doing each movement, rather than modern photographs of a living teacher/master. The sort westerners may have seen often attached to the 8 section brocade exercises - Baduanjin. The standing version of that qigong is included with the seated version of it (which isn't simply a simplified version of the standing exercises). Better than I hoped.
