Solemates High Heel Protectors (Black, Classic) Stoppers - Stops Sinking into Grass Protector for Heels and Designer Shoes

Purchased Soulmates in classic size, in black, for the sole purpose of increasing the surface area of the heel tip on a new pair of heels that I'm a bit wobbly in. I'd hoped these were give me more room to stand on plus some tread and keep me from wobbling when I go out for Galentine's Day. They fit onto my MK heels perfectly and TRULY help keep me from wobbling! ...When they stay on, that is. I measured my heel tip and it fell perfectly within the classic size, but the Soulmates keep popping off as I try them on around my apartment.They slide on perfectly and feel like they're on snug, but then when you touch them, there's no front lip/wall to keep them in place, so they just slide forward, the heel tip slides out the front opening and/or they pop off. Not cool when the purpose is to make walking in grass easier...how would it be easier if they just pop off? When the Soulmates stay on, they SERIOUSLY take me from looking like a baby deer learning to walk to looking like I wear heels every single day. No wobble, I feel the stability, but I can still wear the sexy, skinny heels. To fix the sliding off issue, I'm going to literally hot glue these onto my heels.Not something I really want to do to $150 MK heels, but I *NEED* them to stay on when I go out. I wish they would alter the design a bit to keep the heel from sliding out the front of the piece, but until then, I'll be gluing these onto all my heels!UPDATE: I will note that customer service is fantastic here. After this review, I was offered another size of the heelers to see if they'd better fit plus some advice to ensure I was putting them on correctly (I was.) Unfortunately, the smaller size did not fit, so it's not a matter of size, it's a matter of construction. I did end up using these and I'll say this: when they stay on, they're FABULOUS. They seriously helped stabilize walking on a little heel since I'm not used to heels. They give a wider base and I was pleased how much they helped when they stayed on. However, I wore them ONLY into a restaurant, while I was eating (including a restroom trip), and back into the car afterwards. When I went to take them off, the heel had jutted through that front opening and the heeler was stuck, crooked and hanging off. It took some work to get it off my heel, which is not good on such an expensive shoe. I feel there's a small fix here that could remedy this and then they'd be utter perfection. Conclusion: Great idea, less than perfect execution, awesome customer service.

Love these heel covers. These work great. They stay on the shoes nice and snug. And they have a cute little style to them. These are the only ones that ever really worked for me. I've tried some of the others but they would eventually fall off.

The product arrived in perfect condition and easily fit onto the bottom of my heel caps. They worked well for keeping me from sinking in the grass. However, after some time they shifted in place and one of my heels was coming out of one of the side holes. I give them four stars because even though they didn't stay in place, overall they did what I wanted - made it so my heels didn't sink into a lawn. For the price, this was a great purchase even if I never use them again.

I love these little heel protectors. They work really well in the summer but when the winter comes around they have more of a tendency to stick in the mud. If you are walking in grass with these I do recommend walking more on your toes. I wore these to a funeral in Washington and I felt one pop out in the mud and I turned around and retrieved it. So watch out if you are walking in the grass quite a bit. The black colored solemates look so much better with black heels then the clear solemates. I definitely recommend getting black ones if you are wearing them with black shoes.

Upon knowing the wedding we were attending would be held outside. These were purchased. They worked great!!

I love this product. I love a high heel but sometimes they wobble while walking. This gave my shoes the stability for me to walk comfortably with a beautiful sight line.

I was very pleased with my purchase of Solemates. I got the classic size in Black. They turned a pair of spindly, wobbly, dangerous heels into a pair I could feel confident walking in. I didn't buy them for use on grass, but to give me just a little bit more real estate on the heel. I also liked that they have a fun, architectural look to them - none of my friends thought they were an 'add on' and I was asked where I got my gorgeous heels. Consider me a very happy customer!

I wish the design wasn’t as bulky. It makes the heel not look as sharp, in my opinion. Other than that works like a charm. I can zip through the airport without worrying about it getting caught on the moving walk ways.
