Fast shipping and very easy to install. So far everything is working great. Reverse backup camera was very easy to connect, didn’t need to tap it on the reverse light to trigger the signal. Overall it gave my F30 a fresh feel.

Ive had this installed and running for a few months now. Right out of the gate I have add issues with the bluetooth phone feature. If I make a call or a call comes in while I'm listening to the radio I get nonstop static feedback through the speakers, even if I switch the call from bluetooth to the phone the static feedback remains. If I make or receive a call while using the bluetooth connection to listen to music from my phone then there is no static feedback, however, it is very difficult for anyone to hear what I am saying.The new issue I have, and the reason for me writing this review, the touch screen functionality stopped working this week. I can still use the idrive to access the stock BMW display radio, settings, etc. but I cannot access the andriod software thus preventing me from accessing any of the applications on that side of the system. Touching the screen does not prompt any command. Nothing has changed in the way I use the device.

Deck is pretty cool. Can not figure out how to wire the rear camera and no directions were supplied to do that. Also, can not wire this deck up to the BimmerTech mmi which is really disappointing.

Firstly I’d like to start off with, great alternative to the flimsy small screen the base 3 series F30’s come with. It’s basically a tablet going in the car. Touch screen is great, I got it installed about 1 week ago. I love it, the only thing that turns me off is the fact that the sound Bluetooth quality is iffy. It’s not close to the OEM BMW sound quality. However, if you tweak the audio settings correctly, it sounds really good. Still not as good as original bmw sound. I really like how you can switch back and forth between the custom interface and bmw interface. You can basically do everything you want on this unit. 4 stars for me mainly because of the sound quality.However, very pleased with my purchase.

I was considering getting the bimmertech screen and rear view camera option, until I found this for half the price. Works perfectly and is amazing value for money.
