The product was a duplicate produced . very bad and poor quality

I got the original product. Yes, there is a difference in cap colour. It is because it is recently manufactured in march 2020. So i guess they have changed the cap. The older version had shiny gold n white cap. I have attached pics to show the difference. The left one is my old bottle while the right one is the new one from amazon. The packaging in which it came was sturdy. No spillage, no damage, no broken caps. I am satisfied.

Very good quality keratene shampoo and sulphate free. However regular users should go for the larger pack as the costing difference is huge.

i dont knw why i ordered from amazon,i am using this product since 1 year but i never face any hairfall kind off. this product is very nice & effective,but Amazon is providing fake product, shampoo bottle is similar but inside that shampoo is not real loreal xentsor, after one wash i am getting lots of hairfall i thought some times it ll happen but after thrice also i am facing lots of hairfall.i thought some hair removal cream they filled in that bottle.

Received a leaking package...on opening, saw a cracked bottle....kindly take action and do the needful

The product I received was open. And the bottle cap is different from the original one. This was a fake product. Very disappointed by amazon.

This product is totally fake. It's color is slightly different..,(pink) color... It has no smell. It was not sealed properly. Original is best but delivered product is faltu..... Waste of money.... Don't buy.
