Turned out best
I am editing my original review of this loaf tin as it turned out to be far superior to my other ones. The issue of baked dough sticking in the corners is resolved by ensuring there's is adequate oil in the seams. I'm just about to order another one so I can bake 2 loaves at once instead of weekly to save on electricityI was disappointed at the size of this loaf tin as I assumed (wrongly) that it would be the farmhouse box type. Entirely my own fault for not comparing sizes with the tin I'm replacing. However, I decided to try it out anyway and was surprised that my loaf was as big as the one produced in my box tin. I had some mild difficulty releasing the loaf (even though I oiled the tin before use) and once it was out, I spotted the problem. This tin has 'open' seams inside one end and the bread was sticking at these points. It was very difficult to get the residue of the cooked dough out of the seams and I had to use a brush to do this. Whilst the tin produced a nice loaf, having to use a brush to clean the seams will, I think, reduce the lifespan of the non stick coating. As such, I wouldn't buy this again nor would I recommend it

Not a 3lb loaf tin.
Previously bought 2 of the 2lb version of this and was perfectly happy with them but wanted one that gave a good sized slice. Ordered the 3lb version but it is exactly the same size as the other ones! Though from the same manufacturer I'm guessing not the same supplier and thus the description varies. Do I have to order yet another one? The 4lb size? Disappointing.

Excellent loaf tin for bigger loaves
I'm really pleased with this loaf tin which is perfect for when a two pound tin is just not big enough. It has been used a few times already and the loaves come straight out so the non stick quality seems really good.

Perfect fit for 2lb loaf of bread

A little smaller capacity than advertised.
Not a 3lb tin, at best a 2.5 lb tin. Slightly shorter than 2LB tins but higher sides. Also a little flimsy, so no bashing about.

These are for those who wish to make a traditional large loaf.
I have three and they just sit side by side in my oven. I have only used once so far and the results suggest they can produce what I am looking for. The hesitation arises from my use of a combination of flour unusual to my bread making which was a bit disappointing but next time I shall be in a better position to make a judgement. They certainly look right and I am optimistic about them having tried others that fell short.Best WishesFred

Big enough!
A lot of people must make small loaves these days, since all the loaf tins I've bought from Lidl make my loaves come out mushroom shaped, swelling out widely above the top of the 'tin'. To quote "Spinal Tap", 'I don't want that, I want this!' That's a full size sandwich loaf. This item is a big tin, made out on folded tin, like the ones my mother used, only non-stick. It's the right size for a proper loaf.
