This was delivered to a friend who brought it to me in Mexico. When I opened the bottle all capsules were stuck together and I could not get any out of the bottle. There was no moisture packet inside to help keep humidity out. I had to use a butter knife to try and loosen them and they broke apart leaving a white powdery mess all over my counter, capsules broke apart. Because I will be in Mexico for 6 months, I could not return the horrible mess that was delivered to me. But I hope I can let people know the risk they are taking in ordering this mess at an expensive price.
