Q: would this work for a M12-1.25 x 35 mm tap?

It will probably work. It depends upon the particular tap. I used mine for a 1/2" - 13 tap today and it worked. 1/2" is a larger diameter on the threaded end, than 12 mm. It all depends on the size of the driver end of the tap.

Q: My largest extractor set goes up to 13/32, this t-handle states to go up to 1/2 inch which should fit 13/32 inch correct?

In theory, yes, but in practice I could not get a 1/2 end in the one they sent me, not even close. 13/32 is pretty close to a half inch so I am not sure you can get that in.

No, holds tap sizes 1/4" to 1/2".

Q: will this Irwin/Hanson 12002 tap wrench work with a 6mm Tap bit??

It worked on my 6mm tap. So it should work for you. The range of size taps that will fit this is from 6.35mm to 12.7mm. Good luck,
