Only use once a week!
I love this product. I have it for weekly use only to use with my face brush. My face is not too oily so I only use it once a week. I would recommend having a daily cleanser this product can be too harsh on sensitive skin to use on a daily basis.

A must have!
Excellent exfoliater .I’m an Aesthetician for over 30 yrs and I use this John Masters for years. It’s non-comogenic (won’t create pimples or clog pores or cause rash). A lovely, consistent product!

Not satisfied
The product has very little Jahoba beads for breaking down dry skin.

New bottles lacking the beads.
In the past, I would have rated it 5 stars. Now I downgrade it to 1 star. I used to purchase this cleanser directly from the John Masters website so I am a verified buyer but not from Amazon. The reason I am writing this on Amazon is because their website will not post my negative review. Obviously, they want nothing lower than a 3 star review. This used to be a truly great product. The beads definitely exfoliated your face while the creamy lotion left your skin soft. I just ordered 2 bottles and it is no longer the same. The 1 bottle has almost no beads at all. Without the beads, it does not clean the face. The 2nd bottle has just a few more beads but not like it used to. Using a toner afterwards, the cotton ball is full of leftover make up. I am posting on Amazon this review as John Masters website apparently is blocking my review. John Masters still has some good products, but the Exfoliating Facial Cleanser with Jojoba Beads is no longer one of them.

Nice but three different bottles arrived with non-functioning pumps
This is a nice product and feels very luxurious but I’ve purchased three of these from very retailers, including this listing on Amazon, they all arrived with broken pumps making it impossible to get the product out. I’ve had to buy or recycle other pumps from other products to use this product, which considering the luxury (read: expensive) price, is crazy (hence the 3-stars).
