Perfect quality, Amazon fittent catalog grossly inaccurate (even after having been so advised)
There is no way to separate star rating. The part itself: PERFECT. Amazon fittment catalog: INCORRCT. This is even after having been so warned by customers over the years. I assumed (incorrectly) that the catalog had been revised.Two switch part numbers (at least) are used in 2003 superduty 6.0 crew cabs. If you have a correct part installed in the exact locaton (albiet broken), take it out and get the part number. Internet has some cross references for after market. These switches simply switch a ground wire signal to the computer to an Open or to Continuous. The exact switch format and fitment is built with open/close functionality differing: normally open or normally closed. Your truck may vary by exact door position and VIN.DO NOT rely on the required door position in researching the correct part number. FORD may be able to help using VIN info.

This listing and fitment is incorrect
Amazon and this seller (however it works) confirm that this is the correct part for my 2006 F-150, when in fact it is not. This is for the previous generation, as well as other models. Having to return and wait while I'm in the middle of an arduous repair sucks. Pretty f'ing annoyed with Amazon at this point.

It dosen't fit front right 2005 f350. The front right connector on the truck is square this one is rectangle 🤬🤬🤬 i should've been more cautious.
