I bought one for my daughter since I had to make her a vegan cake because of her allergies to pork, dairy, eggs, and some other stuff and she had no issues with it so I'm pretty it's Kosher. I think it's only ingredient is sugar but not 100 percent sure. The ingredients should be listed though.
