Quality seems good enough. If it is used for after surgery care and there is alot of swelling like my patient has, the pouch is no where near big enough.

General scrotal pain during the day and during the night, or nearly 24 hours/day. I was a bit suspect of the non-stretch waist band. Turns out that the non-stretch holds the sac much better. Finally a scrotal support that is comfortable on all 24 hours. The best part is the sac's exterior edges. Its is a double the soft material and does not cause pain where the sac hugs under the scrotum, which has always been the problem area with previous suspensories. Be sure to order by the length of the waist band. I'm a 35"waist and the medium waist band had another 5 inches to go. The sac size is determined by the waist size. I was skeptical but the sac size fit fine. Just bought a second one.

EXCELLENT SUPPORT HANDS DOWN!!! Only thing when washing use slow wash or hand wash or threads will begin to come out and button to hold it together will become sensitive to hard movement and will undo. Other than that Very good item if hand or slow washed.

I like the construction. The large snap is great. The pouch is a thick material. The elastic on both sides of the pouch are done so it doesn't pinch or roll up. I recommend it. I've found that all suspensories are made a little different and the sizing is hit and miss. With this brand the pouch runs a bit small. I wear a medium but with this brand a large would fit better.

I had ordered a Scrotal Suspensory pouch forty years ago. Provided no support whatever. I wrote the manufacturer asking why they did not have straps at the bottom of the pouch that would keep the pouch from riding up over the testicles. When I got this one, it was exactly the same poor design and not useful for anything. Even the elastic straps were so bad, I could not use it for a sling shot.Don't buy waste of time, money with no benefit whatsoever.P D

When you order you are ordering for the size of your testicles. Not Your Waste Size. My size is between a Medium and a Large. My testicles aren't swollen so they are a normal size. But at the age of 70 they are beginning to sag. So I ordered the small. This device effectively lifts my testicles so they are comfortable. While at the same time allowing my penis to hang, and that feels real good. I think I've used all the politically correct words. But basically my dick and nuts are real happy.

If your hernia is any bigger then a golf ball this won't work.

My bf has severe edema that has spread to his testicles. It's the size of a large grapefruit. The size chart for this item said 6 inches for the XL. This was not even close to 6 inches in either direction. This is for normal size testicles// and or penis. Would recommend for someone who had surgery? And wanted support?This did not work for what he needed.
