Well built, does exactly what it advertises
Well built, good plug retention, seems to be a good value for the money. I use it to connect 20A UPSes to 15A receptacles. Just keep in mind, you're limited to 15A regardless of the 20A device you connect to the adapter. My UPSes only pull ~8A since I only have a 50% load on them so it's fine.

Solved a problem.
I had a giant yellow male electrical plug that would not fit neatly into an outdoor timer socket. This allowed me to reduce the size of the plug so that it would fit into my timer.
