We received a set of these for Christmas and the gentleman that gave them to us really liked them so I ordered a set for him. We all love them. The light is great so you can see how much salt or pepper you’re actually grinding on your food.

Absolutely love how they look. They work so great and my mother loves them. She loves fresh ground pepper and due to arthritis it was hard. This was an amazing present for her.

Only downfall doesn’t work with rechargeable batteries but otherwise it works very well

Update: I was sent a new unit and it has been working flawlessly! I am now extremely pleased and would recommend this product to anyone! Since then, I have purchased 2 more as gifts.I purchased this for my mother who has severe arthritis because I thought it would be helpful. She enjoys fresh cracked pepper and sea salt and it stopped working as soon as she got used to it. I’m extremely disappointed!

I’ve used electric grinders for years. Just bought these because they are cheap. Boy did they prove their cheapness. The battery labels are backwards, at least I think they are. Tried putting the batteries in and nothing happened on either. Reversed the batteries and only one worked, or at least spun. The other hasn’t worked once. And the one that worked, barely grinds anything. Ended up breaking out a mortar and pestle to get freshly ground pepper in enough volume to even taste, despite holding the grind button down for, not kidding, at least 3 minutes. Going to return the grinders as defective, but truth be told, I don’t think they’re not working as designed, they just suck.

Well designed, in my opinion. Uses 4 AA batteries not 6 AAA like my last one. Batteries are easy to change. Re-loading with pepper corns is easy. Logical button on top makes it grind.

Love the polished stainless steel look matches my appliances perfectly. I even use the Mills outside on the patio with the lighted bottom!! Another great feature of the package, it comes with a large volume bag of both pink salt and pepper so that it can be used right away!!

They look and feel like very nice grinders. There are two issues that I have. One is serious, because it is a matter of the unit working, or should I say, not working. One of the grinders has a very touchy switch. You have to push the button down just right to make it work properly. The other one is completely fine. The other issue is that the one that I use for pepper, we also mix in some dried chives and onion flakes and garlic flakes. The grinding chamber on these units seems to be kind of narrow. It doesn't do a great job of grinding up that combination of ingredients. It works great on the course sea salt. Perhaps it would work perfectly with just peppercorns. I'm thinking about calling the manufacturer and returning these items for some new ones because of the issue with the switch. It's probably just a fluke. If the switch worked perfectly, I really wouldn't have any complaints.
