Q: Box was pasted closed, but tube was without safety seal. Is that just the way they come?

I have been using the product with sandalwood oil for years, and it has never had a safety seal on it.

Q: If this product labeled with WSO doesn't have sandalwood why are the many reviewers mentioning the sandalwood in it?
