Nothing But Issues - Returned
Since installing this I had nothing but issues. The keys feel rough and ‘scratchy’ therefore do not enter the barrel smoothly or easily.Most of the time I could not get into my house as the barrel would simply not turn.Returned and bought another brand.

I have requested a refund as lock is too short and doesn’t fit

Expensive keys.
The lock is relatively cheap. Cutting keys cost more than the lock itself and to make matters worse, a key has bent then snapped.
