Worked great for me. Be sure to clean your duct and vent!
My dryer was blowing the breaker when I tried to start a cycle. This was because the heating element coil had stretched and touched the dryer frame, causing a short. It also blew/tripped the white rectangular non-resetable fuse.I like this kit because it comes with the heating element and every thermal fuse (with some backups) you might need to get your dryer working again. I replaced the heating element and the white fuse and the dryer is working like a charm.REMEMBER, if your fuses are blowing, it means the dryer is Over-Temping and it's most likely happening because your dryer vent tube and/or outside vent is blocked with lint, which reduces air flow and thus raises the operating temperatures (drying is probably much slower than it used to be too). Run your dryer on the no-heat setting and go outside and see if you are getting good air flow - it should be like a big wind, not a small breeze.

A Breath of Fresh Air for My Dryer
When my dryer started acting up, I discovered a broken heating coil. After researching replacement parts, I chose this upgraded kit due to its reasonable price and promising features.Upon installation, I was impressed by the kit's quality. It looked more robust than the original part. While I replaced a few other components as a preventative measure, the new thermostat kit was the primary focus.I'm pleased to report that the dryer now heats up quickly and efficiently. I'm confident that this upgraded kit has significantly improved my dryer's performance. Overall, this was a worthwhile purchase.

Just buy the OEM and save yourself the headache...
I bought this to replace the original 15yr old element that failed. Was just going for the quick cheap dryer fix as this is staying with the house when we sell soon. Loved the price, saw "upgraded" and it came with a bunch of the sensors, fuses and such. Worked for about 3 months on MED heat setting then did the same thing my old element took 15yrs to do... This is actually worse than my old one as the ceramic isolators that hold the wires apart clearly cracked. 2 of the springs fused to each other and one snapped apart. Lots of black charring. Yikes! It's a quick and easy job to replace but I don't want to do it 2-3 more times before we're out of this house or burn the place down. The OEM is about 2x the cost but time is money and I don't feel like having to do this multiple times or more just to save $20 bucks. Just buy the OEM one and call it a day!

Easy installation
This was an easy replacement. Take the back off the dryer and the element is behind a shield that has a few screws. Basically a plug and fix component. Ended up with one extra part probably because the element is used in many brands and some require additional connection parts. The best part is the install video that the company provides and you can watch on Amazon before installation.
