This is my third order from this supplier and the quality is really consistent - great for gluten free baking, for macarons and more. These are a little more finely and consistently ground than most supermarket ground almonds I've tried in the last 20 years, and the bulk purchase is cost effective - they last well in the press-seal pouch if you aren't getting through them fast.My first pack was fine for 6 months but now I'm baking more and using them up faster.Versatility marked down 1 because they are only as versatile as ground almonds can be!

Nice quality

I have been on a keto diet for a few weeks and have lost a shedload of weight. However, I miss some "normal food" things, hence the reason I bought this flour. I have made keto pizza, naan breads, quiche, and umpteen other dishes. Whilst the results don't exactly mimic the taste of normal flour creations, it is pretty damn good. The pizza was particularly delicious, unsurprisingly the base had a very slight almondy taste, but in every respect produced a very credible veggi volcano pizza (I like hot stuff). So I certainly recommend this flour :-).

Good for baking when you need something finer than ground almonds

I’ve been buying this brand of ground almonds for years, always been happy with quality - pale and fine, see pic on right. Shocked to open latest bag (identical packaging) and see that the product has been changed, now clearly unblanched almonds so contains many husk fragments. (See pic on left). Won’t be buying again :-(

This flour is perfect for my requirements. I make keto bread and this flour is by far the best I've used.
