Unless the box mentions 'Forza Horizon 4' on it, I don't think it will unlock anything within the game. Try customer services on the Lego website, they maybe able to help.

Q: Why is this showing as pre order? We require too but want a delivery date

Q: I’ve built the car but can’t find stickers for the Porsche badge etc - should they be in the box?

They should be if they are part of the set. I have completed the larger 911 and they stickers were within the booklets. The booklet will detail if they are included as it will show you how, where and when to attach them.
