Gourmesso Lungo Arabica Forte - 50 Compatible Coffee Capsules to Nespresso Machines

Very pleased! Great flavor, seems to work exactly the same as the others and, the coffee grounds are visible so no inlaid paper filter. Frankly I think these taste a little better than some of the nespresso ones I've had. They're packaged in little foil bags of two which is both good and bad. Good because if there is even a tiny break in the pods it still keeps them fresh enough to be used, bad because ultimately they take up more space and there's more waste. Fortunately the foil is recyclable. Other than that, I'd love to see more recycling options for these pods since I can't give these to nespresso's recycling center. If gourmesso want's to sell a tool to break the pods apart or set up a recycling method, that'd be perfectEdit: 6/12/2016I got shipped another two boxes and they are no longer using the foil bag packaging, much less waste and much more eco friendly!The foil has now been changed to a plastic cover meaning the whole pod is now recyclable, just grab a thing to poke a big enough hole, and dump out the coffee grounds! This is much better!

Can't beat the price, surely, but the coffee simply is not Nespresso coffee. Made as a lungo, I find these capsules make a rather weak coffee, actually - comparable to a drip. When I used the capsules to make espresso the results were somewhat better, but still not any real competition for Nespresso. They are okay. Simply put, you're getting what you pay for here. So far there is nothing that I've tried that can truly compare with Nespresso in taste. And, for just 70 cents, Nespresso is more than affordable given that it makes an espresso one would pay 2-3$ for in a shop.

The best tasting nespresso knock-offs I've found yet. If I was comparing these to a nespresso, I'd likely give it a 2.5. But since its much cheaper, and wayyyy better than all the rest I've tried, 4 sounds about right for the price. Sometimes you just need mass amount of caffeine and not the perfect shot, this is great for those quad-drink days

Have been trying quite a few different Nespresso compatibles. This is the best I've found. I will still pick up a Cuban or Ethiopian from Nespresso, but for every day these are fine.

Nope. Didn't work for me at all. Yes, they did fit into my Nepresso Original, but what came out was, well, I'm not sure exactly what it was but it sure wasn't espresso, or even coffee. It didn't remotely taste like espresso, it was weak and undistinguished, no body, no aroma. Tasted like it had been sitting on the back shelf for a couple of years. Old, it tasted old. I'm really disappointed, now I have 97 coffee pods I'll never use, I'm out $50 because the items can't be returned. All in all, a really bad experience. Yuk.

The latino mezzo is weak and has instant coffee test, not espresso, it's labeled has number 7 but comparing to the original nespresso it should be number 3. The Arabica Forte is better but does not have the espresso punch. It tastes like Keurig bold coffee. I wish Gourmesso would find a way to improve their coffee because nespresso monopoly is not good for the consumer.

Awful - I would give zero stars if I could. All that was produced was dirty water - completely undrinkable. I don’t understand how anyone could rate these 5 stars. Espresso is supposed to be dark and rich and strong. This was AWFUL.Bestpresso is the way to go if Nespresso isn’t in your budget. Every time i try something else I am disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered these pods for my Nespresso coffee maker/ . Not only are they a great value, but we can tell no difference between the ones that cost 3x as much. Great value, great coffee, totally compatible with Nespresso machine.

J'ai beaucoup appprécié ce café, mais il me le faut encore plus fort. Pas du tout amer et finalement assez doux au palais. Je recommande.
