This book has great Recipes for GF sweet breads. I was looking for a book for regular sandwich type bread or rolls. My fault should’ve read into it deeper.

don’t buy if you can’t tolerate xantham gum

I’m super disappointed that virtually everything in this book uses gluten free flour with xanthan gum added. I know it’s a super hero for gluten free but it totally upsets my digestive system so I’ve eliminated it along with other gums. So I don’t think I’ll be baking any of these.

I wasn't really going for fancy.

What can I say, it seems to have a lot of fancy recipes that may come in handy for the holidays, but I just really wanted some plain old recipes for regular bread, muffins, and such!
