Sturdy and Beautiful
I was hesitant to buy this based off other reviews. However, I am glad I did. It is very sturdy and matches our front porch well.Assembly was easy for me and took about 15 minutes, but I can see how other people may have more problems. I suggest having a rubber mallet to fully seat the joints. I suspect the other poor reviews were because they failed to hammer in the mortise and tenon joints and that's why they structurally failed. The directions do not mention this which could be a problem.All in all, I am happy with the product.

So Sturdy and beautiful!
A great piece of porch furniture… sits two comfortably and is very well made and quite nice to lol at- be patient when putting it together - it’s worth the effort!!

An okay purchase
My son was able to put this together with ease. It is a nice piece, although I wish it were a little more sturdy and larger.

Light weight and soft wood
The double rocking chair is good looking but the wood is very soft, I'm not sure what species of wood is used, but it seems to me it will be weak. I read some of the other reviews and decided to take the advice of others and use a rubber mallet to set the pieces together firmly. I took it one step further and used carpenters wood glue in all the joints during assembly. Only time will tell if the wood is strong enough to stand up to rocking. One other thing is that the back rest hits you right across your middle spine and is very uncomfortable while rocking. Perhaps a pillow will help.

Easy to assemble, so many compliments
A girlfriend and I quickly assembled the product with ease (could be done alone just as well). I have gotten compliments on it non-stop on my front porch. It is the first thing people notice even against my beautifully remodeled home.

Comfortable bench!
Bought this for my wife for Christmas! She LOVES it!! It was easy to assemble and has held up in windy/snowy/rainy weather! It was a little smaller than I thought, but that’s just me! It’s great quality and very comfortable to sit on especially next to a fire and enjoy a nice evening!
