Renaissance Ruffle Collar Victorian Neck Costume Cosplay Props

I used this for a DIY Pennywise costume, it worked perfectly with a white dress I already had.

Great addition to my clown DIY Halloween costume.

It looks like how it is in the picture, and it’s pretty soft. The size is good, I bought it for my Halloween costume since I’m going as a clown this year and it looks like how it should look like. The quality is decent, I see nothing wrong with it. However, I think it’s a little too big for my neck. I’m a teen and pretty small so I’m sure that’s why it didn’t fit all the way, it’s not a huge gap but it’s still there.TLDR; it’s what I was expecting when I bought it other than the size.

Worked amazing for my clown costume this Halloween! I got the gloves from Amazon too. It washes well without losing its frilliness.

To get the look like the picture you need to twirl the whole thing like a tootsie roll candy ,like the ends! I don't know if I explained right, twisted both ends the opposite way!

Woof, this collar is definitely not worth the price. Cheap tulle, doesn't stay upright, came wonky and bent in different places. Looks weird on neck.

its cute very itchy but idk i think i just have problems with that, and its a bit tight, the sizing are kinda really spaced out so its either too loose or too tight. the quality is a little cheap but it does the job
