Great flavour, but lots of tartrazine
Good flavour to make a paella and a little goes a long way. Be warned about the E102 tartrazine though, it is an amazingly vibrant yellow colour and will stain!

Great taste
I have been cooking Paella for years without real Paella spices, it makes a massive difference to the taste.Highly recommend it to anyone.
