I got my order and it missing the plastic base to help change tips

I must be a total moron - looks so simple but I can’t put the process together. If I place the metal tip on the white plastic base, the purple screw on price does not fit down over the silver tip far enough to screw together. The hole in the purple piece is just too small - HELP!!! Did my kit come with the correct pieces? I really don’t want to review this product till I actually get to use it

Dirty and Used

Very disappointed in the way they came. They looked as through it was bagged with dirty hands or were used. My product already had chocolate on them.. or something brown.. hopefully chocolate. Not professional whatsoever.
