My came defective, but I am in the process of getting it replaced. I really hope it works because I've looking for something like this. I feel its better than swiffer, you can use any cleaning solution you want and not just swiffer products

I have ordered this mop twice. Love the easy use but the 1st one broke where the handle meets the mop head. I reordered and 2 weeks after the return expiration my 2nd mop broke in the exact same place. Now Im without a mop and out my money. Very disappointed.

I like the overall concept. The reservoir holds enough spritz cleaner for my kitchen floor, which I like. The Velcro bottom is genius for holding microfiber cloths- we use a professional mop like this at the cleaning business I work for. However, this mop is quite fragile. The top third of the handle doesn't seat in the stem due to the fact that the plastic clip is permanently retracted into the handle. I tried getting it to stay out to grab the handle, but it is just not sturdy enough to stay in a position to lock the top of the mop handle. This means the trigger third of the mop top pulls out with every pass. Oh darn, I wish this was made better. I might try to figure out a jerry-rig situation since I have only had this since October and I want it. Note to manufacturer these clips are just not enough to hold the handle in place.

Great mop! Easy to assemble and use. Everything locks into place and it's pretty sturdy, so it won't come apart when using it. The spray is nice. I was able to spray my water 5 feet. Also easy to get under my nightstands and dresser.

I loved the mop at first. Easy to use and did a good job. I had only used it about 10 times when the plastic broke where handle attached to mop. I tried to tape it together but water tube came out when I tried to use it. Unfortunately, it was past the date that I could return it.

It’s lasted so far, but time will tell. It is pretty standard to most of the spray mops out there except the cleaning solution does not go into a bottle on the side, it goes directly into the bottom of the mop. I like the size and quality/texture of washable pad that came with it.

Very nice mop. Cleans up the dust with even plain water. The sprayer covers a nice size area. Using this on hardwood floor.

DO NOT BUY THIS MOP! I purchased the 1st one and only used it a few times and it broke in the same spot as the pics. This is the replacement they sent and yes it last linger but broke in the same spot again! I really liked the idea of being able to fill your own cleaning solution into the mop head but please make a product that holds up to cleaning with it!!! What a piece of crap and a waste of money. Now too late to return.
