Works just as good as my last one(same). The little flip lid on my last one broke after a year or so. I think this a great mug, easy to sip without burning yourself. Does not hold temps as long as the metal ones. Still love it. Also, this one is easy to clean!

You need to buy this! I have tried so many different travel mugs and none of them have worked for my needs. I needed something that is completely leak proof because I need to keep it in my backpack while I commute to work. This is that! I also love the cool spout. I will100% re-purchase.

The exterior gets sticky where the pretty design is, but other than that this cup is perfect. The design is starting to come off too, but since it is sticky, I am viewing this as a plus. I love this cup and would buy again. 4 stars for the sticky, otherwise it would be 5.

This has many features that make it the perfect travel coffee cup. It fits in and cup holder. It's easy to clean, handle, and reheat coffee in it. If your coffee is cold by the time you get to the bottom half you can microwave it a bit to reheat.

This does not keep a cold drink cold for long. When outside, ice melts within an hour, not much better than a regular cup or glass. So I am guessing it probably doesn't keep things hot very long either. Their old model (stainless steel commuter thermos) was EXCELLENT and I don't know what possessed them to stop making it.

Love these cups. 3 different cups one for water, another for juice or any flavored drink I want to use to for and the 3rd one is for my coffee or tea. I absolutely love that I can reheat my coffee or tea if it gets cold, without having to find another cup and getting another dish dirty. Plus I also love how easy they are to drink out of. You dont have to worry about spilling it on you (unless you don't put the top on right, which happened to me....user error) and drinking water is almost like drinking from a bottles water but better.

I really liked this for the first 6 months and then the lid broke. Poor design.

Like the new style flip lid a lot! Love that it’s dishwasher and microwaveable!I purchased one with a design on it and it rubbed off and was sticky. :( That is the only negative I found.
