Q: Can it be converted to 220 volt?

Yes, I just did that in my shop. Just reconnect the wires with the wirenuts according to the diagram, works great.

Q: What's tha actual length of the table?

Its 5' long bed, works awesome. Just perfectly straightened a 14 footer today!

Q: Will I be OK using this at 110v with a 15 amp circuit?

It will probably work OK. I don't know the amps of that particular motor draws, but usually a 1hp 110/120v motor draws about 12 amps. If you have a 220/240v it would only draw about 6 amps. The issue with a 110/120v 15amp circuit is that it has other outlets connected to it and if any other appliance is being used on the same circuit you are using for the Jointer it will possibly overload the circuit and trip the breaker.

Q: couldn't find replacement part at Jet website for helical cutter, shows discontinued. where can i find genuine part just in case it broken?

Under normal and possibly even abnormal working conditions I don't think this is a part you have to worry about breaking.
