My favorite toner!
I tried this hecause I had issues with texture and discoloration. While this mainly helped smooth my face after using it consistently for a week or two; I see some mild acne/pimple marks slowly fade away more since using it and my face getting brighter with Vit. C combined! My only issue is sometimes when layering it with a thicker moisturizer or more “hydrating” one it can get a bit over oily; but thats why they have the white version which is thinner. Overall solid 9.5/10!

Works good - Can smell the alcohol
Works pretty good, and gives a bit of moisture to you face. Not outstanding but gets the job done. You can smell the alcohol if that is something that may bother you.

Indispensable to my regimen!
This product is amazing! I first heard about this product on r/asianbeauty and was intrigued by both the user testimonials and the ingredients. I highly recommend this product. My detailed review below. Background:I have spent the last year working to repair my moisture barrier and get my skin back to a healthy and smooth state. My current skincare regime is science based and focuses on layering products to fortify the skin. I have combination, acne prone skin. Anti-ageing is also a focus. The Product (Things I liked):Obviously, the name of the product is a dead giveaway that it contains sake. Sake is a fermented product made from rice, water, koji, and yeast. Ferments are in a lot of skincare these days. Ferments in skincare products are meant to act in the same way ingesting a probiotic does In theory, they balance the good and bad bacteria on the skin. My skin loves ferments and I was pleased with how the ferments in this product reacted on my skin. This product contains a good concentration of ceramides; which are essential to the skins moisture barrier. It also contains arbutin and licorice root, both of which have antioxidant properties and help in both fading hyperpigmentation (dark marks), and also stopping new marks from forming in the event of a breakout. The most exciting ingredient is the placental protein, which was something I had not encountered before. Derived from animal placenta, it is supposed to help with anti-ageing and creating the appearance of smoother and tighter skin. The downside being that the product is not vegan due to this ingredient. It is also contains glycerin which is a humectant. All and all EXCELLENT ingredients. The consistency of this product is very thin and watery. Which for me is a plus, as I do the "7 skin method" and use this product for my first five layers. I apply this product by gently pumping it into my hand and patting it onto my face. There is a slight sticky residue on the skin after the product is applied, but that goes away after I let it dry down and add my other layers. The smell of the product is not an issue for me. In fact, I like the way it smells; to me it has a banana/bubblegum smell. The smell does not linger on the skin and goes away in a couple minutes. The Product (Things I did not like):The packaging is not good. The pump and nozzle are extremely flimsy and will leak if turned upside down or if the product is turned on its side. I am going to probably end up transferring the product to a spray bottle.Lastly, I was slightly annoyed that the product took over a month to arrive (I am in the US). I order beauty and skincare products from Asia regularly and usually only have to wait two or three weeks for arrival. I don't know if I will order from this seller again.

Holy Grail of Face Products
I have sensitive, acne prone skin, that is super reactive to product ingredients with the occasional hormonal breakout around my menstrual cycle. I usually do rigorous patch testing on small sections of my skin before I use a product. I can tell in 3 days if something will work for me or not, because of the subsequent breakouts/rashes that happen almost immediately. So far I have been using this product for 10 days and it is FANTASTIC.This is NOT a toner like North Americans imagine toner to be. It is not astringent-y at all. This is a very thin layer of moisture in your facial routine. Some people complain about the smell, honestly it goes away in two or three seconds. I only catch a wiff of what I imagine a brewery smells like (I've never had Sake so idk what it smells like), and then it is gone. So idk why people complain about the smell because it is literally gone when it touches the air. It's not something you keep smelling through the day at all.You get a HUGE bottle. I've been using it all over my body, (bit paranoid about expiration and such) and it's been better than any other body lotion I've used before.I had a hormonal acne breakout before I started using it, and it usually takes 3 weeks for the cysts go go away and then another 2 or 3 weeks for the hyperpigmentation to fade. I'm on day 10 and currently in the fading stage. My skin is brighter and more translucent than it was before. This stuff plays SOOOOOOO well with makeup. Ever since I started using it, my makeup looks flawless. This is literally my favorite facial product I have ever used in my entire life, and at 31 with sensitive skin, I've used a ton.For people confused about where this goes in a routine here is part of mine for example:-Wash face with cleanser.-Apply Actives (AHA, BHA, Vit Cs)-Kikumasamune Sake Skin Lotion High Moisture-Apply Essence-Apply Cream-Heavier Cream if night time-Sunscreen if morning-Makeup if morning
