It literally has a proposition 65 warning on the bottle. So what’s contaminated? The actual pills? The packaging? Both? Just plain ridiculous!

I believe it’s good stuff
I like this. I take with my vitamins almost everyday. I don’t notice a huge difference like other reviews but I feel it makes a little difference in my energy levels. I have hypothyroidism.

This is a must for thyroid health!
This is the only supplement I've ever taken that I can notice a marked difference in the way way I feel! If I run out, after just a couple of days without it, my energy level drops dramatically.I've been using this product about 9 months and my dose of thyroid medication is now half of what it was !!!!!

Some is always better than none
It did help my thyroid some, I can't really measure how much; but there was some improvement. Some is always better than none.
