I had tried probiotics once before that I bought at Walmart, and threw them out. I did not like the way I felt. I was talking to someone who convinced me to try these. I wish that the word "Gummies" hadn't been in the name of this product, because I was specifically looking for probiotic gummies and bought this mistakenly. I suppose I shouldn't make amazon purchases in a fit of late-night tummy distress. I will go ahead and use these as they are probably a good product anyway, I just would have preferred gummies.
