Q: This says it's organic...but doesn't have the Certified Organic seal on it. How can I be sure it is truly organically grown?

No, this Mexican coffee only has what you can see on the front top of the package stating that it is organic, as well as a few references to being organic on the back of the package. It does not have a "certified" organic seal on it, so you can't be sure. However, it is delicious!

The coffee is not flavored. These are cupping notes to the coffee. They are subtle flavors that you might be able to notice when cupping the coffee.
